dr inż. Marek Litwin, ITS POLSKA

Prezes Zarządu i współzałożyciel Stowarzyszenia Inteligentne Systemy Transportowe „ITS Polska” oraz Klastra Inteligentnych Systemów Transportowych, w którym pełni funkcję wiceprezesa. W 2013 roku objął funkcję przewodniczącego zespołu stałych ekspertów przy Zespole Parlamentarnym ds. Inteligentnych Systemów Transportowych i Logistycznych. Dr inż. Marek Litwin posiada także doświadczenie w pracy akademickiej, które zdobył pracując na Uniwersytecie Torontońskim i Politechnice Warszawskiej, jest autorem wielu publikacji prezentowanych na renomowanych konferencjach krajowych i zagranicznych.

Urodził się w 1933 r., prof. zwycz., kierownik Zakładu Inżynierii Komunikacyjnej Politechniki Warszawskiej (1986-2003), konsultant niezależny. Posiada ponad 50 lat doświadczenia w projektowaniu, studiach, badaniach i nauczaniu inżynierii komunikacyjnej, z koncentracją na planowaniu systemów transportu miejskiego, regionalnego i krajowego oraz inżynierii ruchu drogowego. Świadczy usługi konsultingowe dla instytucji samorządowych, krajowych i międzynarodowych w zakresie polityki transportowej, strategicznego planowania oraz programowania transportu i inwestycji oraz studiów wykonalności. Jego doświadczenie obejmuje udział w projektach Unii Europejskiej, OECD, Europejskiej Konferencji Ministrów Transportu (ECMT), Banku Światowego, EBOR, UNDP i JICA oraz ponad 5 lat pracy w United Nations Centre for Human Settlements (Habitat). Dorobek obejmuje ponad 300 publikacji i referatów przedstawionych na konferencjach krajowych i międzynarodowych oraz kilkadziesiąt opracowań studialnych/planistycznych, projektowych i ekspertyz. W okresie ostatnich 20 lat przeważająca część dorobku dotyczy problematyki polityki transportowej i planowania transportu w skali europejskiej, krajowej, regionalnej i lokalnej. Aktywny członek wielu organizacji: TUP i SITK, członek Krajowej Rady ds. Autostrad (od 1999r., przewodniczący od 2006r.), członek Państwowej Rady Gospodarki Przestrzennej, Komisji Architektoniczno-Urbanistycznych – Głównej oraz Miejskiej m. st. Warszawy, Przewodniczący Grupy Roboczej ds. Transportu Społecznej Rady Narodowego Programu Kontroli Emisji powołanej w 2009 roku.

Authoress of over 30 publications and several research work on reliability and safety of railway traffic control systems and telematics in transport.

Graduated from Wroclaw University of Technology, his work experience is mainly related to transport management systems – it includes urban traffic control systems as well as management of public. Working for Trapeze Group for 4 years. Part of the team responsible for acquiring and execution of ITCS projects in Cracow.

Born in 1946 in Poznań, Poznan University of Technology and graduated from in 1970 with whom he is still today associated. Specialist and expert in traffic engineering. Published about a hundred works on public transport network optimization crowded, investment effectiveness, project management and modeling and forecasting the movement. Editor of four extensive monographic studies. The Scientific Secretary and organizer of the nine national Scientific and Technical Conference on transport problems of cities. In addition to academic activity leads your own design office and active in the Association of Engineers of Transport (SITK RP). He is interested in the history, photography, jazz and traveling. He made 40 trips to close to 100 countries around the world.

Mr. Obcowski specializes in issues connected with implementation of ITS system in cities, tunnels and highway for many years. He has been working in Siemens since 2002 year. He is co-designer of concept operating market in ITS. He started from selling traffic lights controllers, in order to offer the most sophisticated ITS solutions in Poland afterwards. For example: integrated systems of traffic management in Warsaw, Cracow, Białystok, Poznań and Rzeszów, control systems in tunnels in Warsaw and Cracow and integrated scheme of management and traffic control on A2 highway on section Konin- Stryków.

Mr. Obcowski is member of ITS association, which is strongly connected with standardization of ITS solutions committee. He is also a member of IX polish ITS congress program board.

A graduate of Technical University of Łódź, specializing in automation. From the beginning of his career associated with traffic control engineering. He specializes in issues related to the topic of Intelligent Transport Systems.

Author of more than 100 research papers and publications in the field of railway traffic control.

Ewa Wolniewicz-Warska studied automation and electricity at the Technical University of Warsaw. From the same University she received her doctorate degree for application of mathematics to solve large electric circuits. After several years’ experience in R&D institute she worked in IT Department of the Ministry of Finance. Since 1999 she held key sales positions in the biggest Polish ICT companies. In PIIT she is Member of Chamber Council since 2009; holding also the position of Chairman of ITS Committee. She works in areas of public procurement and implementation of IT solutions in public administration, as well. Think Tank expert for ITS and public procurement in ICT.

MBA Patrycja Wrzesniewska, T-Systems

Patrycja Wrzesniewska joins the corporation since many years. In 2006 she started working as sales accountant for Satellic, 100% subsidiary of TSI. Her responsibility for international affairs with focus on Poland resulted from her family background living 13 years in Gdansk before moving to Germany. She was in charge of strategic risk management. during the complex deal acquisition in Belgium (Complex Deal Management). Following to the win of the project she took over the key account management role for the customer Satellic in Belgium (operator of national system for electronic Road User Charging).

Prior to this she worked for Toll Collect GmbH as strategic consultant to the CEO planning and executing of strategic and operational internal and external projects key to the development of the business, commercial planning and coordination of consortia interfaces. After about 2,5 years successful transformation from the project phase into operator organization of the new satellite based tolling solution she started her activities at Satellic starting with the co-responsibility in the foundation process of this company aiming internationalization of satellite based road user charging.

After graduating in European Business Management in Germany and in Great Britain, she worked for 3,5 years as Business Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hamburg. She provided consulting services to leading international companies in the aviation and transport industry before changing to Toll Collect.
