Dear authors,
To facilitate the process of submitting presentation topics for the 17th POLISH ITS CONGRESS 2025, which will take place on October 6-7, 2025, in Warsaw, we encourage you to review the submission guidelines below.
Representatives of academic institutions can submit their presentations free of charge. In the case of multiple co-authors, the fee waiver applies to one presenting author. Companies that are not sponsors of the POLISH ITS CONGRESS 2025 are required to pay a participation fee for their presentation in the program.Detailed information on submission requirements and sponsorship opportunities is available at: https://pkits.pl/en/sponsoring-en/.

The Program Council of the Polish ITS Congress 2025 has proposed the following topics to be discussed during this year’s edition:
This list is not exhaustive, and presentations on additional topics are welcome. The final Congress program will be structured around the submitted presentations.
Individuals interested in presenting at the congress are kindly requested to submit the presentation topic (in both Polish and English), a brief abstract (in either Polish or English), and the mandatory signed declaration on the registration form.

Authors are kindly requested to submit a brief biography (max. 250 characters in both Polish and English) and a photo, using the downloadable template.
The biography and photo will be published on https://pkits.pl/en/home/ in the “Speakers” section.

Files must be sent as separate attachments.
Each speaker will have 15 minutes maximum for their presentation, followed by 5 minutes for discussion. The session moderator will ensure timekeeping.
All presentations will be made available on www.pkits.pl as locked PDF files.
