Dear authors,

In order to systematize the conditions for submitting your speech topics during the XV Polish Congress ITS 2024, which will be held on October 7-8, 2024 in Warsaw, we invite you to familiarize yourself with the following rules for submitting presentations.

We encourage you to send your topics  through representatives of universities, whose participation with the speech is free. In the  case of severalco-authors, this free participation applies to one speaker.  Companies that are not sponsors of the POLISH ITS CONGRESS in 2024  are required to pay a fee for the withdrawal submitted to the programme. Details of submitting the topic of the presentation are included in the sponsorship cooperation offer.

All information about the POLISH ITS CONGRESS can be found on the www.pkits.pl website.

TOPICS OF THE SESSION

The PKITS Programme Council proposed the following topics that will be discussed during this year’s edition:

1. Road protection systems and weighing systems for vehicles in motion
2. Mobility as Service
3. Multimodal transport Smart City
4. Artificial Intelligence in Transport
5. ITS Financing
6. Clean Transport Zones
7. Innovation in public transport
8. Traffic Management Systems and Cooperative Systems
9. Big Data and Cybersecurity

The wording of the above-mentioned scope does not exclude speeches on topics not covered by this list.  Thefinal program of the Congress will be adapted to the subject of the submitted speeches.  

SUBMIT SPEAKING TOPICS TO THE PROGRAM

People interested in speaking during the congress are obliged to send the topic of the speech and a few sentences specifying the  issues of the proposed issue.  Presentation topics must be submitted by 24 April 2024  to the e-mail address: biuro@pkits.pl. 

After receiving the acceptance of the topic by the Program Council, the author is obliged to send: a short bio with a photo / logo and a presentation.

UPLOAD A BIO WITH A COMPANY PHOTO/LOGO

And thesong can provide its short bio (up to 250 characters with spaces) along with a photo/logo  of the company according to the attached template, which will beplaced on  the www.pkits.pl in the “Speakers” tab. Bio together with files should be sent by 1 September 2024 r.  to the e-mail address: biuro@pkits.pl.

UPLOAD A PRESENTATION 

Please be advised that  approx.  15  minutes  + 5 minutes for discussion. The moderator conducting individual sessions is obliged to watch the time of the presentation. It is planned to place all presentations in a closed PDF file on the www.pkits.pl page. Presentations should be sent by 6 October 2024 to the following e-mail address: biuro@pkits.pl.
